What is NFPA 1006 & 1670?

NFPA 1006 is directed towards an individual's standard for "Professional Qualification" in a certain area. In this case, it pertains to water rescue qualification.

NFPA 1670 is an operating standard at which the agency having jurisdiction (AHJ) protocols are set at.
